Valley Water Heater Replacement
Today we were called to a customers home in Spokane Valley for a leaking water heater. After a quick diagnosis we found that the tank had ruptured, so we immediately installed a new Bradford White 50 gal. natural gas water heater with all the code upgrades.

Spokane Leak Repair
Today we were called out to Maverik gas to locate and repair a leak. We quickly found a broken back flow valve that was intermittently discharging water under the cabinet and rebuilt the valve, making it as good as new.

Today in Spokane we removed our customers old leaking water heater and installed a new Bradford White self cleaning water heater with a thermal expansion tank.
Infrared Leak Detection
We performed leak detection under concrete slab inside a residence and you can see the light blue in the picture that is a cold water leak that is only visible with infrared.
Clogged Urinal repair
This morning we were called out to a clogged urinal in Spokane and found food and food wrappers clogging the fixture and drain line. We cleared all debris in urinal and drain line, did acid treatment and changed flushometer seals and reset the urinal. Upon completion everything worked like new!

South hill leaky pipe fix
Today we were called out to a house that was vacant over the winter and we found multiple copper plumbing pipes had separated at the solder joint from freeze damage. We quickly located multiple leaks and repaired the damaged plumbing.
