Copper Pipe Electrolysis Leak
Here is copper piping that turned black from electrolysis. We found multiple leaks while performing leak detection, and then replaced most of the bad copper piping with PEX.

Leak Detection at St. Pius Church CDA
We performed leak detection under concrete slab at St. Pius church in Coeur d’ Alene, finding a leak in the hot water recirculating line.

Called to Maverik in Hayden for a clogged floor sink and we quickly got there and cabled the line and did a chemical treatment to remove residual buildup and hair.

Sewer main repair
Today we were called out to a house in Coeur d’Alene that had a clogged sewer main that backed up and flooded the bathroom with sewage. We quickly arrived at the residence, diagnosed the problem and cabled roots out of the sewer and had their plumbing working great in no time.

Today we were called to a home in Cd’a for no hot water and a leak. Upon inspection we found that an unknown plumbing company had installed their water heater incorrectly using galvanized steel connected to brass which caused electrolysis, destroying part of the customers plumbing system and causing premature failure of the water heater.…
